Gap är en möbelserie skapad för att ge oändliga inredningsmöjligheter till hotellobbyn, kaféet, biblioteket, kontoret och väntrummet. Ett smart modulsystem som kommer i många olika skepnader, alla med enkla och rena former.
Gap finns i tre olika varianter; Gap Café, Gap Meeting och Gap Lounge. Alla varianter består av ett antal fristående standardmoduler och kopplingsbara sektioner som kan kombineras på olika sätt enligt dina önskemål och behov. Namnet är sprunget ur den glipa som finns mellan sits och rygg/armstöd, en detalj som gör Gap till en vinnare ur underhållssynpunkt.
Gap is a furniture series created to give hotel lobbies, cafés, libraries, and waiting areas endless interior design possibilities. A smart modular system available in various forms, all with simple and clean shapes. Gap comes in three different variants: Gap Café, Gap Meeting, and Gap Lounge. Each variant consists of a number of independent standard modules and connectable sections that can be combined in various ways to suit your needs and preferences. The name originates from the gap between the seat and the backrest/armrest, a detail that makes Gap a winner from a maintenance point of view.

Den kompakta designen och det strama snittet gör Gap Café utmärkt för livliga utrymmen som foajéer, flygplatser, universitet, väntrum, mötesrum – och caféer förstås. Med en mix av både raka och svängda moduler som kan kopplas samman är det endast fantasin som sätter gränser för vilka formationer som går att bygga med Café. Modulerna finns med eller utan armstöd och går även att komplettera med bord som monteras mellan sitsarna.
The compact design and sleek silhouette make Gap Café perfect for lively spaces such as lobbies, airports, universities, waiting areas and meeting rooms – and cafés, of course. With a mix of both straight and curved modules that can be connected, the only limit to the possible formations is your imagination. The modules are available with or without armrests and can also be complemented with tables mounted between the seats.
Flexibilitet är ledordet för Café som finns både som fristående enheter samt runda och raka kopplingsbara moduler. Modulerna kan även kopplas samman med Gap Meeting. Flexibility is the key word for Café, which is available as both standalone units and round or straight connectable modules. The modules can also be linked with Gap Meeting. You can choose modules with or without armrests and complement them with tables that are mounted between the seats. Gap Café features a slightly firmer seat, making it ideal for tables with a height of 60–72 cm.

Gap Meeting är perfekt för öppna kontorslandskap där man behöver skärma av och skapa rum i rummet. Höga stoppade ryggstöd definierar soffor och fåtöljer i Gap Meeting-serien, de dämpar ljudnivån och skapar en mer privat atmosfär mitt i en hektisk offentlig plats. Gap Meeting dyker ofta upp i kontorsutrymmen men lämpar sig även för restauranger och matsalar med högre ljudnivåer där man vill skapa en lugn och avskild plats.

Gap Meeting is perfect for open office landscapes where there is a need to create separation and define spaces within a space. Tall, upholstered backrests define the sofas and armchairs in the Gap Meeting series, they help reduce noise levels and create a more private atmosphere in the middle of a busy public area. Gap Meeting is commonly found in office spaces but is also well-suited for restaurants and dining areas with higher noise levels, where a calm and secluded space is desired.
Meeting är modellen med hög rygg som gör att du enkelt kan skärma av i större lokaler med hög ljudnivå. Med flera moduler som kan kopplas samman är Gap Meetings variationer många. Gap Meeting har samma sittkomfort som Café och är något fastare än Lounge.

Som namnet antyder är Gap Lounge designad för stunder av avkoppling. Sitsen är mjukare både vad gäller motstånd och form och skiljer sig därför från Café och Meeting. Framsidan av sitsen har en rundad profil och är dessutom något lägre än Café och Meeting. Detta gör Gap Lounge idealisk för en lounge eller hotellobby, och för mer informella kontorsmiljöer.
Gap Lounge
As the name suggests, the Gap Lounge is designed for moments of relaxation. The seat is softer both in terms of resistance and shape and therefore differs from Café and Meeting. The front of the seat has a rounded profile and is also slightly lower than Café and Meeting. This makes the Gap Lounge ideal for a lounge or hotel lobby, and for more informal office environments.
Lounge är soffan där man slår sig ner för en lugn stund. Lounge har precis som Café och Meeting både fristående och kopplingsbara moduler. Det som tydligast skiljer Gap Lounge från Café och Meeting är dess komfort med lägre sitshöjd och lätt vinklad sits.
Lounge is the sofa where you sit down for a quiet moment of relaxation. Just like the Café and Meeting, the Lounge has both independent and connectable modules. What most clearly distinguishes Gap Lounge from Café and Meeting is its comfort with lower seat height and slightly angled seat.

Gap kläs i tyg eller läder. Utöver det kan du välja olika tillägg för helt avtagbar klädsel, avtagbar klädsel endast på sits, sjukhusväv och/eller CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience).

BEN LEGS
Gap går att få med träbenställ i ek eller ask eller medstativ i metall.Träbenen går även att få 2 cm högre. Som med alla Swedeses produkter är det de små detaljerna som gör den stora skillnaden. När man kopplar ihop Gap så används endast ett kopplingsben mellan två kombinerade moduler vilket gör att serien behåller sitt eleganta och enkla uttryck.

Gap erbjuder kopplingsbara bord som vilar på bärande balkar i metall. Bordsskivan finns i både ek och askfanér samt vit laminat.
Gap offers connectable tables that rest on supporting metal beams. The tabletop is available in both oak and ash veneer as well as white laminate.

KNAPPAR BUTTONS
Knappar är en detalj som gör det lilla extra. Knapparna går endast att välja på raka delar av Gap och är ej valbart på de svängda modulerna. Antal knappar; Fåtölj 2 st, 2-s soffa 4 st, 3-s soffa 5 st.
