If you cancel your booking before more than 24 hours from the time of the tour, you will be provided with a full refund.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the time of the tour, you will be provided with a redeemable voucher equivalent to the full booking amount.

If the tour gets cancelled because of the closure of the attraction you were scheduled to visit, our team will make sure that you get a full refund for the cancelled tour.
