How to Pay: Cheques should be made payable to the “City and County of Swansea”. *Card payment accepted: debit card free, credit card 2% surcharge. Classes which are not viable may be withdrawn or discontinued at the discretion of the Service Manager. **NB: For students entitled to a means tested benefit, the following are accepted: Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction, Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Asylum Seeker/Refugee. Proof of benefit MUST be provided at enrolment or in the case of postal enrolment please enclose a photocopy of your benefit in order for you to be enrolled onto your selected course. NB: We reserve the right to restrict entry to classes with a high demand. Students are required to provide their own materials, ingredients, textbooks and stationery unless otherwise stated. NB: For cookery, there will be a small charge for tasting sessions. NB: Some tutors will procure specialist materials as an option for learners to be paid for on receipt. ***NB A small weekly charge will be made by the Centre to attend this class Attendance: Unexplained non-attendance may result in your place being offered to another student. Refunds: If the Lifelong Learning Service (LLS) cancels a class or moves a group to a different day, time or venue and this is unacceptable, the enrolment fee will be refunded in full. Other than these circumstances, LLS will not normally provide refunds. An administration fee of £10 will be charged for refunds. Our full refund policy is available on our website or upon request.

At Bryn House, Cookery, Essential Skills and IT sessions are offered to groups from Welsh Centre for Action on Dependency and Addiction. A variety of courses are held in partnership with several Community and Statutory Agencies across Swansea.

The Lifelong Learning Service provides Adult Education classes across the City & County of Swansea.
