Who are we?

We provide general needs housing services, services to our leaseholders, NHS keyworker accommodation, supported housing and care. We also offer new build houses and apartments for sale in developments across East London and Essex and manage properties on behalf of other housing providers. We invest in our communities and carry out large-scale regeneration activities to develop sustainable communities.
