Різні підприємства мають змогу отримати значну економію трудових і матеріальних ресурсів за рахунок залучення університетів і спеціалізованих ІТ -компаній до виконання специфічних робіт. IT outsourcing now becomes more popular in business. Many enterprises are able to obtain significant savings in labor and material resources by attracting universities and specialized IT companies to perform specific jobs. Створений у рамках проекту Tempus університетський Навчальний наукововиробничий центр аутсорсінга (Наказ № 38 від 17.02.2014) має за основну мету сприяти діалогу та співробітництву між бізнесом та освітою, між досвідченими фахівцями і тими, хто намагається такими стати у найближчому майбутньому. Головними завданнями Центру є: співпраця із університетами та провідними IT-компаніями при виконанні задач IT-аутсорсінга; надання IT-аутсорсінгових послуг підприємствам та установам шляхом виконання сумісних проектів; залучення до проектів студентів, магістрів, аспірантів, викладачів, досвідчених IT-спеціалістів; проведення семінарів, тренінгів; підвищення кваліфікації, практика і стажування студентів, викладачів, ITспеціалістів; дистанційна освіта та друга освіта у галузі інформаційних технологій;
Created as a part of the Tempus, the University Outsourcing Scientific Training and Production Center (Order number 38 dated 02.17.2014) has as its primary goal the promotion of dialogue and cooperation between business and education, among experienced professionals and those who are trying to become so in the near future. The main objectives of the Center are: collaboration with universities and leading ITcompanies in the performance of IT- outsourcing tasks; providing IT- outsourcing services to enterprises and institutions through the implementation of joint projects; involve students, graduate and postgraduate students, teachers and advanced IT- specialists to projects implementation; carrying out the seminars and trainings; advanced training, practice and internship of students, teachers and IT- specialists; distance education and second degree in information technology; Центр університетського ІТ-аутсорсінгу входить до складу мережі аналогічних центрів у Харкові, Києві, Одесі. Інформаційне та програмне забезпечення Центру включене до спільної інтегрованої інформаційної системи (ІІС), призначенням якої є підтримка учасників ІТаутсорсінгу взаємоузгодженою, достовірною, точною і своєчасною інформацією, необхідною для якісного планування, обліку, контролю і організації усіх основних видів діяльності.
Практичним внеском університету в ІІС є створення і підтримка підсистеми надійного віддаленого колективного онлайн-спілкування учасників проектів і навчального процесу у вигляді відеоконференцій з використанням Інтернет. University Center of IT Outsourcing is a part of a network of similar centers in Kharkov, Kiev and Odessa. Information and software of Center are included in the joint Integrated Information System (IIS), the purpose of which is to support the members of IT outsourcing via provision of coordinated, reliable, accurate and timely information needed for efficient planning, accounting and control of all major activities. The practical contribution of the University to the ICI is the creation and maintenance of secure remote subsystem for collective online-communication of the project participants and the training process in the form of video conferencing using the Internet.
