•Penrose Street (Local Street) - A three (3) widening is required along the entire project frontage on Penrose Street to bring the roadway and sidewalk up to the standard required by the General Plan

•Sunland Boulevard (Major Highway Class II) - A two (2) foot dedication and widening is required to bring the adjacent frontage of Sunland Boulevard up to the standard required by the General Plan. •Glenoaks Boulevard/Dora Street and Sunland Boulevard - Impacts will be mitigated to a level of insignificance by removing the median on the north Sunland Boulevard, and re-striping Sunland Boulevard north and south of Glenoaks Boulevard to provide dual southbound left-turn lanes. The dual southbound left-turn lanes on Sunland Boulevard will also require that the traffic signal be modified. •ATSAC/ATCS Improvements - The project shall fund a proportionate share of the cost of the design and construction of the La Tuna Canyon Road and Sunland Boulevard ATSAC/ATCS system. The current cost of the project’s proportionate share of the Tuna Canyon Road and Sunland Boulevard ATSAC/ATCS System is $159,900.
