ADVERTISEMENT Indu ki Jawani, the latest theatre release post pandemic is joint production by T Series and Nikhil Advani. Indu ki Jawani directed by Abir Sengupta, with Kiara Advani in titular role, starts off as a comedy, tries to put in some mystery and finally ends up as none of those. Plot The film is about Indu (Kiara Advani) who lives in Ghaziabad and is one of the hottest girl in the area, and is the object of desire for every man in the area, be it her brother’s friends or lecherous uncles in the neighbourhood. ADVERTISEMENT Indu is dating a guy Satish (Raghav Raj Kakker) who is more interested in getting into her pants, which she keeps on avoiding. One fine day she catches him cheating on her red handed and breaks up. Indu’s confidante and best friend Sonal (Mallika Dua) suggests to her that love and lust have to go hand in hand in today’s time and finally Indu decides to use a dating app Dinder, to look for a one night stand. She matches with a guy named Samar (Aditya Seal) and he finally lands at her house when her parents are not home. Indu comes to know that Samar is a pakistani boy who has come to India. Indu and have their moments, discussions about movies and music across the borders. She finally also accepts that she has got this date just because of her friend’s suggestion. To make matters worse there is news on television (with a shouting anchor, guess who..), that two terrorists are suspected to be in Ghaziabad and police are looking for them. The hell breaks loose and Indu suspects Samar.
