STOCKDALE and Leggo Real Estate Drysdale has positioned itself as the Bellarine Peninsula’s one stop real estate shop, following its amalgamation with Gateway First National. Stockdale and Leggo director Daniel Lamanna said combining Gateway First National’s strong client base with Stockdale and Leggo’s proven support network and solid training would benefit all. “This will enable us to expand our
reach of prospective tenants and buyers and an increase in customer service due to extra administrative support,” Mr Lamanna said. Gateway First National director Ron Pearson will continue to work with the new organisation to ensure a seamless transition and continued support to his clients. “Gateway’s clients will no doubt benefit from the amalgamation that will provide broader resources and expand on the sales and rental catchment,” Mr Pearson said.
Mr Lamanna said with property management being such a strong focus of his company, and having nearly 600 properties under management, Stockdale and Leggo were well placed to provide excellent service to Gateway’s clients. “We ensure we conduct tenant history checks on all prospective tenants and conduct six-month routine inspections of the home. “Also, we keep up to date with all maintenance requests using qualified and insured tradespeople, ensuring that
our landlord’s investment gets the best return while staying in the best possible condition throughout the tenancy. “Our focus is to ensure that we involve our vendors and landlords in the process of selling and managing their assets as much as possible through clear communication and achieving the best results for our clients at all times. “When it comes to sales, our vendor focus is to achieve the best sale price and terms that suit our vendors in the shortest period of time possible.” Mr Lamanna said the market was the
strongest it had been since the end of the first home owner grants. “We are seeing a genuine interest in the market, not one fuelled by government incentives and a fear of missing out. “This genuine interest shows that Drysdale/Clifton Springs and the Bellarine Peninsula is seeing the growth and buyer enquiry it deserves.” Mr Lamanna said he had been in the indsustry since he was 19 years old and was proud of the strong relationships he had built through his real estate business, and through his community involvement.
