Takingstepstowardindependence
Earlyintheyear,theTHRIVEprogramofficiallylaunched!This programservesgirlswhoaretransitioningoutoftheChildren’s Homeandintoindependentadulthood.Twoyoungwomenare currentlypursuinguniversityeducationandworkopportunitiesin Paraguay’scapitalcity,Asunción,throughtheTHRIVEprogram. Theyarealsobeingmentoredandaregrowingintheirfaithat localchurches.
Anewfamilyunitisestablished
Anotherhighlightfrom2024wasthecompletionofanew housefortheRESCUEprogram,whichallowsusto accommodateafourthfamilyunit.WegivethankstoGodfor providingcaregiversJesúsandDalma,whojoinedtheteam inOctober.Ourgratitudealsoextendstoallwhocontributed tothe2023“GiveThemRefuge”campaign,whichmadeit possibletobuildthehouseandestablishanewfamilyunit overthecourseof2024!
