When we at O.MIND embarked on this journey 20 years ago, our vision was to create a reliable platform for communication and collaboration across the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, and Commercial Vehicles. Since then, through consistency and dedication, our journey has been filled with important milestones and achievements that have elevated the sector to a point of reference both nationally and internationally.
From the first event in 2007 to this year’s edition, the industries represented at the exhibition have proven their strong momentum and pivotal role in the development of the Greek economy. Today, the Supply Chain and Logistics sector contributes more than 11% to the national GDP, ranking it as the second most significant sector after tourism, with the market exceeding €23 billion annually.
For all of us at O.MIND - and for me personally, as Publisher of Supply Chain & Logistics magazine, inspirator of the idea, and organizer of the exhibition - it is a source of great pride that over these past 20 years, we have, with our modes contribution, supported the sector’s journey toward becoming one of the country’s most vital industries. This year’s edition is also special for another reason, as it marks the beginning of a new era for the exhibition. The strategic partnership between O.MIND, FORUM SA, and the international exhibition organization NürnbergMesse paves the way for even stronger growth and a clearly international outlook.

In an era of intense geopolitical and economic shifts, the Greek supply chain is moving steadily forward, strengthening the resilience, competitiveness, and strategic positioning of our country in the broader region. Our sector is not merely an important link in the economy, but a continuously evolving force. With a contribution that exceeds 11% of GDP and a presence among the global elite, ranking 19th globally according to the World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index (LPI), Greece has firmly established itself as a reliable logistics hub in Southeast Europe.
The supply chain is an integral part of the productive transformation of the economy. Strengthening the sector will serve as a catalyst for the country’s transformation into a major investment destination. The Ministry of Development is actively supporting this trajectory. We are investing in modern infrastructure, in digital and green transformation, simplifying procedures, and boosting manufacturing. That is why the new Development Law started from here: the very first scheme focuses exclusively on manufacturing and the supply chain, allocating €300 million over the next two years in grants and tax exemptions for investment projects undertaken across the country.
This year’s exhibition marks 18 years of strong presence and has evolved into a leading platform where market professionals, technology, and innovation meet.
