Vector artwork, all fonts converted to outlines, no embedded bitmaps (GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF).

TWO-COLOR IMPRINTING
Precise registration of 2-color imprints may not be possible on all artwork. For designs with tightly overlapping colors, we may recommend one-color or UV/4-color process imprinting instead.
PMS COLOR MATCH
Standard PMS colors plus gold and silver are available at no extra charge on pad and screen imprinting. Pilot will use customer-specified PMS colors for imprinting. Upon request, we can select closest match to product accent colors (barrels, grips, etc.). Some color variation may occur between printed product lots.
UV printing uses four-color process printing which does not allow for metallic or PMS spot color imprints.
PROOFS
Virtual Proofs are provided at no charge. Artwork imprint position and color are approximate on Virtual Proofs. Proof approval is required on all orders.
Your proof is a digital representation and may differ in size and color from the actual product.

RETURN POLICY
Pilot must be notified within 60 days from receipt of merchandise of an intent to return a product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
WARRANTY
All product sold by Pilot is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Pilot will replace any material found to be defective. Imprint is warrantied for 60 days after shipping.
PRICING
Every effort has been made to identify and project material costs. Due to the volatility of crude oil prices and the associated impact on raw material costs, we reserve the right to change catalog prices at any time without notice if necessary. If this is required, we will communicate the changes in due course. We understand and regret the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.
