1. What is the supersuper warranty? 1.1 Â supersuper guarantees that your supersuper bike has no assembly and/or fabrication flaws. 1.2 Â Only the original owner of the bike has right to the warranty. 1.3. This warranty is no longer valid in cases 3.1 and 5.3. 1.4. The warranty is not transferable and is valid for you and your supersuper bike only. 1.5. The supersuper warranty does not fall outside of the Civil Code. 2. How long is the warranty valid? 2.1. Frames and rigid forks with manufacturing flaws are covered under warranty for two (2) years. 2.2. A warranty applies to batteries for electric bicycles for a period of two (2) years. 2.3. Other electrical components, such as motor, display and controllers etc., have a warranty period of 12 months. 2.4. For suspension front forks and all other parts, a warranty period applies for a period of 12 months. Exceptions to this are mentioned in paragraph 2.5. 2.5. No guarantee is given on parts that are subject to normal wear down, such as tires, chain, chainrings, gears, cables, brake pads, pedals, lashing straps, dampers and lighting.
