DIABETES KAPALBHATI AND

Diabetes and other such chronic diseases usually cause more trouble by the element of panic, than the actual trouble.

Common man like me is faced with; mind boggling feats of modern medical science e.g. stem cell research and transplants on the one hand and miraculous effectiveness of pranayama and Ayurveda on the other.

Since neither the results with the modern medicine, nor those with pranayama and Ayurveda are consistent, there is always an element of doubt and uncertainty.

This doubt lead to perennial anxiety in my mind.

Neither the compliance with modern medicine, Ayurveda and pranayama

nor rejecting any or all of these gave peace.

However the consistent practice of NAMASMARAN and principles of Total Stress Management; seems to have given me the unconditional peace and buoyancy which in turn, facilitate the compliance and success with all the prevalent and also innovative modalities of treatment of diabetes.

The knack of practicing and getting benefited by KAPALBHATI and other modalities of treatment is; not to allow the treatment to become a compulsion or burden, but taking it in your stride as a routine fun and without any expectation!
