The build-out proposal was a request by a personal investor who wanted to finish the construction of the existing, incomplete residence. Despite the building required significant refinements architecturally, structures and architectural changes were limited as the house would be designed for resale purpose. As a result, the staircase and landing were reoriented to help symmetricizing the grand two-story living space. Non-structural wall partitions were moved to create more efficient spaces. Rooms were resized to fit comfortably in human scales, Plumbing equipment were adjusted but stayed near existing piping locations. Ultimately, the interior finishes were upgraded per clients demand to give an overall luxury home atmosphere.
