Lytham Edge Lodge Park (formerly Bank Lane Caravan Park), is a small and peaceful 'owners only' holiday park set in the village of Warton and just minutes from the cosmopolitan seaside town of Lytham St Annes

We offer our owners the best of both worlds as we are surrounded by an abundance of countryside and seaside towns and villages

For those wishing to explore further afield, we are less than 45 minutes drive to the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, both famous areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Lytham Edge is the latest acquisition for the Sunset Leisure Resort Group and as is part of our company vision, investment will be made across the park as we aspire for continual improvement.

Lytham Edge Lodge Park will have continual investment to bring the park up to our groups incredibly high standards. Our goal is to create a true 5* park with manicured gardens and water and plant features throughout.

Owners at Lytham Edge can rest safe in the knowledge that we are a private gated and owners only community.

Plots will have different features such as Indian stone patio areas, private tarmac driveways and walkways. Every plot will have a concrete base, private landscaped garden and all homes will feature new UPVC sun decking and skirting.

The park will have a full on-site maintenance team to support our owners on a daily basis, whilst also maintaining the grounds, facilities and all of its features
