Layered Dip • 1 cup sour cream • 1/2 pkg. Garlic Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix • 2 avocados • 1 Tbsp. Guacamole Seasoning • 1 can refried beans • 1 jar Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 bunch green onions, chopped • 1 can black olives, sliced Mix sour cream with Garlic Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix; set aside. Mash avocados with a fork and mix in Guacamole Seasoning; set aside.

Layer ingredients in one large glass bowl or several smaller glass bowls for individual servings. Start with refried beans, then guacamole, Garlic Jalapeno Cheeseball and sour cream mixture, salsa, cheese, olives and green onions. Refrigerate until all ingredients are cold, or overnight.

Apple Crumble with Salted Caramel Sauce

Prepare Fruit & Berry Crumble Mix as per directions on box, using sliced apples as your fruit. For the Salted Caramel Sauce: • 1 pkg. Salted Caramel Dip & Dessert Mix • 1/4 cup water • 3/4 cup heavy cream • 3 Tbsp. butter • 1 tsp. vanilla (optional) Heat Salted Caramel Dip & Dessert Mix and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar melts. Continue cooking and stirring until it turns amber in colour, then whisk in heavy cream. Bring to a full boil, then reduce temperature to a slow rolling boil and continue boiling and stirring for 5-6 minutes, until sauce is smooth and slightly thickens. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm or chilled over 32 prepared Apple Crumble.
