OurS tory It all started in 2005

when three good friends from Manitoba shared a common dream of owning their own business. They owned cottages at Sunset Beach and they all loved to entertain. It was only natural that they would form a food company that would combine great food with great friends – Sunset Gourmet.

6-8 potatoes, cubed and boiled in lightly salted water ¾ cup sour cream 1 ½ Tbsp butter 1 / 3 cup green onion, thinly sliced 1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese (reserve ¾ cup) 2 Tbsp Cheesy Bacon & Chive Seasoning Mix Pepper to taste 2 Tbsp Spinach & Herb Mix

Directions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain cooked potatoes and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread into a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and 2 Tbsp of Spinach & Herb Mix. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves A treat for the palate served over a warm brie or cream cheese.

Use as a basting over chicken, ham or pork chops on the grill.

Hot Pepper Raspberry Brie Bake • • • •

1 tube Crescent rolls 1 small or medium Round Brie ½ jar Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves Pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions Preheat oven to 375ºF. Open tube of crescent rolls carefully. Do not separate in individual rolls. Close the seams by applying pressure to them.

Place small round of Brie in center of dough. Pour ½ jar of Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves overtop.

Seal long ends of crust on top of brie.

When sealing sides it will be necessary to trim corners.

The dough is very forgiving, so if a seam should fall apart just apply pressure and close. Once sides are sealed you can mold to Brie by gently shaping with your hands. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. While hot, pour additional Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves generously on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Serve either with thin crackers or alone.
