SALSA STUFFED PEPPERS
• 4 large red bell peppers, cut in half, ribs and seeds removed
• 1/2 lb. (.227 kg) ground turkey
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1-3 Tbsp. YGY Easy Eats™ Salsa Mix
• 2 cups cooked rice (leftover rice works well in this recipe)
• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
• Cheddar cheese, grated to top peppers
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place peppers in casserole dish and drizzle lightly with melted butter or ghee. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Cook ground turkey in large pan over medium high heat until browned and cooked through. Add in onion and cook until tender.
4. Stir in YGY Easy Eats™ Salsa Mix, rice, and beans. Remove peppers from oven and allow to cool enough to handle. Scoop turkey mixture into peppers. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese and place in oven to melt cheese.
BURSTING BERRY TRIFLE
• 1 Angel food cake (or similar), cubed
• 4 cups lemon curd, lemon pudding, or vanilla pudding
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups strawberries, sliced

1. Mix whipping cream with hand mixer until soft peaks form. Add seasoning blend and whip again until cream holds its shape. Gently fold in yogurt and vanilla extract.

Using our Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix to make these poppers adds an extra level of delicious flavour!
POPPERS
• 12 jalapeno peppers, cut in half and seeds removed
• 1 packet Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix
• 12 slices bacon, partially cooked
• 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• Toothpicks
Soak toothpicks in water for 1/2 hour to prevent burning. Cut each slice of partially cooked bacon in half; set aside. Combine Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix, cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Warm slightly in microwave. Spoon dip into pepper boats. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick. Place peppers on grill over medium-high heat.
