Earlier this year, Briansclub became the victim of an online attack. A security intelligence firm called Flashpoint estimates that Briansclub is holding $414 million worth of stolen credit cards. The trove of stolen card data is said to have been sold off for at least $500 per compromised card. The security firm says that the data was most likely encoded onto a magnetic strip that is the size of a credit card. This makes it easy for a cybercriminal to use the information in a number of ways, including reselling stolen card numbers on the dark web.
