Five stress relief exercises by Cynthia Baker Are you dealing with stress most of the day and have pressure at work? Then it is essential to take a break or else you will be exhausted. Our body is neither a machine nor are we robots. As human, our body needs proper attention, and we must care for our physical and mental health. 1.Exercise: How does exercise relief stress: Exercise plays a crucial role in our fitness. By staying fit, you will be able to maintain both physical and mental health. Regular activities play a vital role in dealing with your stress by reducing anxiety and depression. Exercise helps you to relieve stress by increasing the level of your endorphin hormone. These are also known as the feel-good hormone of our body. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. The benefits are strongest when you exercise regularly. People who exercise regularly are less likely to experience anxiety . 8

There are a few reasons behind this: Stress hormones: Exercise lowers your body’s stress hormones — such as cortisol — in the long run. It also helps release endorphins, which are chemicals that improve your mood and act as natural painkillers. Sleep: Exercise can also improve your sleep quality, which can be negatively affected by stress and anxiety. Confidence: When you exercise regularly, you may feel more competent and confident in your body, which in turn promotes mental wellbeing. Walking: Walking is probably the most effective and easiest way to relieve stress. Trust me; if you are walking in your balcony, roof, or even in the house, you are going to have a lot of its benefits. According to studies, people who go for a walk have a lower stress level compared to the ones who doesn’t go for a walk. 9

2. Dancing: If you want to reduce stress in a fun way, then dancing is a good option. The good thing about it is that there are no rules to follow. You will not only feel relaxed and happy but will enjoy many health benefits. 3. Light a candle: Using essential oils or burning a scented candle may help reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety. Some scents are soothing, especially lavender and Frankincense. 4. Reduce your caffeine intake: Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses can increase anxiety. People have different thresholds for how much caffeine they can tolerate. If you notice that caffeine makes you jittery or anxious, consider cutting back. 5. Write it down: One way to handle stress is to write things down. While recording what you’re stressed about is one approach, another is jotting down what you’re grateful for. Gratitude may help relieve stress and anxiety by focusing your thoughts on what’s positive in your life. 10

So, in a nutshell, being an author is defined in Habakkuk 2:2, Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. To be an author is to be a storyteller of experiences. It is an artistic rendering of life as told through a unique lens. Whether factual or fictional based, an author is empowered to breathe life into the imagination, inspire and motivate an individual to achieve greater heights, broaden the minds of creativity and innovation, and create a conduit to foster awareness and understanding. To be an author is to stand firmly in one’s authenticity and truth and to use the power of the pen to express what lies within.

Chimia Y. Hill-Burton

When I think about being an Author. I really think of being a creative mind. Bein an author is just the finished product of being a creator. Being a fiction author myself is all about having a vast imagination to make the world of fantasy come to life. All authors start out as writers. Just creating, sharing our ideas, fursations and dreams to the world. Once we have made the visions in our minds reality then we want to share it with the world. Being an author can be the therapy in a world of uncertainty. An escape to worlds unknown, unseen or unheard of. I am proud to be the one to introduce people to the world of imagination.

10 Things To Do Now To Change Your Life Forever by Christy Williamson How you spend your life, especially your adolescence, is crucial to determining your future success as a personal and professional. According to psychologists, the period of puberty is an essential time that paves the way for the rest of your life. It is a universal fact that each person has defined boundaries and continually strives to move beyond it. Challenging yourself leads to a better and successful life. Change is always not easy to achieve, but the effort it takes to make it worthwhile is essential and worth it. Although difficult to hear, there are certain things, habits, or changes that you can make in the future.

36

1. Believe In Yourself The first step in achieving your dreams and goals is to acknowledge that you are a human being and that you are not perfect, you cannot do everything alone. Always have realistic thinking, do not put too much pressure on yourself that it can be challenging but, believe in you, and do not be afraid of failure. Self-confidence and the clarity of goals depend on each other. The clearer your purpose, the higher your confidence will be. Clarify your direction and define what you want to do in life. What matters is how much you learn from your mistakes. Make mistakes but learn from them and never repeat them. Confess your mistakes, correct them, and enjoy the journey.

37

2. Don't Panic When Making a Decision

Analyzing the hundreds of successful individuals shows that they all have one habit in common, and they do not hesitate to make a decision. The human mind gets distracted if there are more options available when making any decision. The fewer the options, the less time the human brain needs to decide. Thoroughly review all of the options available and then choose the best according to the conditions, as it is said, making the wrong decision is better than making no decision.

38

3. Magic Of Positive Thinking

Your personality is what you think all day long if your thoughts are negative then you shouldn't expect anything better in life, On the contrary, positive thinking about life or circumstances can help turn failure into success. Once you make your thinking positive, you will be amazed by its magic. If you spend time with positive and wellthought-out people, your thinking also tends to become more like them. If you have to choose between an excellent destination, or a bad friend, pick a worthy goal. Good people will be cooperative to the target while bad friends will be a hindrance to it.

39

4. Take Care Of Your Loved Ones

If you treat your loved ones the way you think you are, then you may also face difficulties, instead, treat them as they would have expected. For example, if you do not like to call, you will not call a friend or a loved one with the idea that he or she may think the same, but this is not the case. Try to be sensitive to the needs of others, enlarge your heart, and make it reasonable to do good to others.

40

5. Adopt Patience Instead Of Urgency

Certainly, it is not possible to have any work done immediately, but it is also important not to let the feeling of subjugation overpower you. Obstacles, such as travel delays, people disqualification or any other reason, are not controlled by you. Anxiety and restlessness create mental tension, which can lead to the weakening of the body's immune system, irritability, increased blood pressure, the burden on the heart, and damaged relationships. So learn to be patient with problems that are beyond your control, and spend some time thinking about how to improve them.

41

6. Measure Success with Happiness Rather Than Wealth

When you start measuring your success with wealth, you will never be happy. This habit will ruin your peace of mind or state of happiness, and you will not be able to rest for a moment. You will have thoughts of getting wealth at all means and your greed will increase over time. If you want to measure any success, measure it with the joy and comfort of your heart.

42

7. Challenge Yourself to Work Hard

Unless you learn the skills of challenging in life, you will not have accomplishment, face it instead of escaping whenever a severe problem arises, once you do it, this will also increase your confidence. Your insight of not being able to face difficulties will also change. By doing so, you will not be afraid to meet the challenges in the future. Successful people are always convinced that difficult times arise to make them stronger for the future. They continually assess their weaknesses under challenging times and turn them into strengths.

43

8. Encourage Sincere Criticism

Just as admiration can cause a substantial increase in a person's performance, positive criticism can also help to remove flaws. It will also allow focusing on aspects that were previously ignored, leading to failure and weakness. Always welcome criticism from your positive critics as it will help you learn new things and improve yourself.

44

9. Avoid Complaining All The Time

Nobody likes a person who complains all the time. If you look around, you will see many people who are suffering but still doing very well. Don't blame others for your problems, refrain from criticizing, and evading too much sensitivity; no one likes unnecessary drama all the time.

45

10. Gratitude GOD has given us many blessings to be thankful for, but we do not even think about it. However, whenever you feel frustrated, look around, and see the things that you have. If work, happiness, or those without which the concept of life seems incomplete, thankfulness starts to arise automatically, thinking to yourself what would life be like if there were no hands or lost legs? People who take on the habit of giving thanks also have good hope for survival. There are ways you can do this, or at least in your mind, be thankful for your life and the things you have found in life.
