Inside the home, you’ll find some of the most illustrious names in home decor, from stainless steel Thermador® appliances in the gourmet kitchen to a Sub-Zero® wine fridge, KRUPS® espresso machine, and WÜSTHOF® knives. Guests can dine more casually at the kitchen island or congregate around a large indoor dining table overlooking a cozy seating area, as well as some outdoor space with views of towering palm trees and the Sea of Cortez.

The outdoor space expands to create even more room for guests to enjoy, as large white arches frame a covered terrace, complete with a dining table for eight, a Coyote® grill, and some outdoor lounge space, including a living room with a flatscreen TV. Soak in the full sun of the pool deck from eight deck loungers, refresh in the swimming pool, relax in the jacuzzi, or gather around the fire pit. Spend some time out on the sand playing beach volleyball, as a private staircase leads directly from the home to the sand for fun in the sun. Choose to enjoy some of the best of Palmilla, or stay poolside, as tall palm trees and lush tropical landscaping combine to make a stay at Villa las Abejas feel more like staying in the luxury of your own privileged resort.

The home also features an upper terrace with additional seating for taking in sweeping views of the water and sand. All three bedrooms provide ocean views, while the primary bedroom adds access to a private terrace. As a bonus for families, the villa’s den supplies even more space for a small child, as it includes a twin trundle pullout bed with access to a shared bath. Property has beach chairs and umbrellas, two stand-up paddle boards, and various boogie boards for the beach. Please inquire about having a custom fire pit dug into the sand in front of the home for your stay. This is an amazing way to spend the evenings on the beach under the stars!

Mountain Ocean Golf Course

Palmilla has three signature holes, one for each nine-hole course. Ocean No. 3 is the most photographed hole at Palmilla. This demanding par-4 drops 150 feet to a fairway flanked by an arroyo to the right. The beachfront green is situated just steps away from crashing waves in the Sea of Cortez. No. 5 on Mountain is a stirring par-4 that plays across a canyon and leads to a sunken green fronted by a dry river bed. No. 7 on Arroyo, stretching to 566 yards, is a picturesque but welldefended par-5 faced directly into the prevailing trade winds.

Created with environmental sensitivity, Palmilla appears airlifted into the desert uplands, with a staggering variety of cacti and native trees framing the tees, greens and fairways.

Situated in a box-shaped canyon backdropped by stark brown peaks in the Sierra de la Laguna range, Palmilla is the landmark facility that set the stage for top-shelf golf in Los Cabos. This 27-hole course, featuring three different 18-hole combinations of golf.

The original 18 (Arroyo and Mountain nines), the first Jack Nicklaus Signature Design in Latin America, is a target-style test that skirts boulder-strewn arroyos, long waste bunkers and several ponds. Several holes call for heroic, do-or-die forced carries over raw desert from the back tees, but broad terraced fairways, generous bail-out areas and accessible greens accommodate players of lesser attainment.

Ocean Arroyo Golf Course

The club’s Ocean nine, added by Nicklaus in 1997, boasts a 600-foot elevation change from the first tee to the sixth green that transports players from the mountains to the sea. The putting surfaces on the Ocean nine are more undulating than the greens on the original 18.
