Our financial team will prepare your monthly statements and provide you with an electronic database of all invoices and receipts. Rental revenue and expenses are summarized and income surplus is wired to your account. Annually, we will prepare a comprehensive budget detailing all of the planned and recommended maintenance to your property throughout the year.
