IT’S THAT time of year again: as the mercury creeps up and the beaches start to get crowded, shoppers are frequenting flea markets looking for cool (and hot) summer products. Merchandiser Group Magazine brings you the following 10 Big Sellers For Summer your customers are sure to love.

FOR FLEA market vendors, finding profitable merchandise to resell is only half the battle. Setting up an attractive display, capturing customer information, marketing to customers when not selling and using efficient business processes are equally important to creating a solid foundation for a long-lasting business. In February 2014, wholesale liquidator Via Trading Corp. launched a series of free Flea Market Vendor Training Workshops to fill the gap between flea market vendors’ desire to build profitable businesses and a lack of educational materials about how to do so. While there are plenty of how-to articles and hints and tips content out there, there are very few hands-on training services to help flea market vendors learn and implement techniques quickly and effectively.
