Types & Pricing

We offer three standard registration types.

Single Attendee: $75 for access to one live or on-demand course.

Group Registration Package: You may bulk purchase a block, or multiple blocks, of 25 single-attendee registrations, which may be used in any combination for live or on-demand courses. Upon purchasing a group registration package, you will receive a unique organization code required for all subsequent registrations. Group registration packages expire one year after the initial purchase.

Annual Subscription Package: Summit’s most popular and affordable offering, annual subscribers receive unlimited access to live and on-demand courses. Pricing is based on an organization’s total employee headcount, not individual attendees. Upon purchasing an annual subscription, you will receive a unique organization code required for all subsequent registrations. Annual subscription packages expire one year after the initial purchase.

Unique Organization Codes

Required for all package types and used for all webinar registrations.

What are unique organization codes, and how do they work?

Regardless of package type, you will receive a unique organization code required for all subsequent webinar registrations. This code is specific to your organization and enables attendee engagement tracking and reporting.

When will my unique organization code change?

Registration packages and unique organization codes expire one year after the initial purchase. Upon renewal of your package, you will receive a new unique organization code.

How to Register for Webinar Courses

Regardless of package type, all registrations require a readily accessible email address for confirmation and course access.

What do I need to register for a live or on-demand course?

Regardless of package type, you will receive a unique organization code required for all subsequent webinar registrations. You will need your organization’s unique code to bypass payment.

Third-party Registration: May I pre-register a list of people? If you need to register:

• Someone on their behalf

• Third-party register a group

• Don’t have email address access to confirm registration

then Summit is happy to pre-register your attendee list. Please use this PRE-REGISTRATION FORM, noting:

• Course

• Name

• Email Address

Send your completed pre-registration list to webinar@summitlaw.com. Preregistered attendees will receive a Zoom confirmation email with course access based on the email address provided.

Reporting

Attendee Engagement Reports are a premium service available to webinar package subscriptions.

How do I track my organization’s attendance and participation?

Attendee Engagement Reports include dates, courses, and attendance records. Summit is happy to provide reports based on the cadence of your needs.

Also, upon completion of a course, each attendee receives an email with the corresponding SHRM and HRCI recertification information, which functions as a proof/attendance certificate.

Do attendees receive dated certificates of completion?

Upon course completion, each attendee receives an email with the corresponding SHRM and HRCI information for any recertification efforts, which dual functions as an attendance certificate.

Training on the laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Topics will include:

ꞏ A supervisor’s obligation to identify and address potential harassment;

ꞏ An overview of disability discrimination and accommodation; and

ꞏ Supervisor behaviors that can increase an employer’s exposure to these claims, as well as management practices that can help to reduce risk.

Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace (75 minutes)

Intended Audience: All Staff (We recommend supervisors register for “The Supervisor’s Role in Minimizing Liability for Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation”)

Basic training on what constitutes unlawful harassment under state and federal harassment laws. Attendees will gain an understanding of:

ꞏ What unlawful harassment is and isn’t;

ꞏ The consequences of engaging in harassment, even if unintentional; and

ꞏ Their right to complain about harassment without retaliation.

Training provides a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Washington’s Minimum Wage Act. Attendees will gain an understanding of the following:

ꞏ Federal and state overtime laws, including recent developments;

ꞏ Classifying workers as “exempt” or “nonexempt”;

ꞏ In and outs of compensatory time;

ꞏ Importance of proper recording and documentation of time records;

ꞏ Meal and rest break requirements; and

ꞏ Strategies for dealing with overtime and other wage problems.
