Virtual Care Telehealth The BlueKC Virtual Care app is available so you can get care whenever from wherever you happen to be for everyday medical issues.

BlueKC Virtual Care Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Download the BlueKC Virtual Care app or visit BLUEKCvirutalcare.com 2. Enroll • Complete your profile by providing the requested information.

3. Visit • You can access care through Virtual Care for a variety of services with no appointment necessary.

Summit Christian Academy 401K Plan Benefit

Summit Christian Academy (SCA) offers a 401K benefit for full-time employees. Details of the plan that affect you as a new employee are: • • • •

SCA’s 401K plan is through Vanguard and SCA uses Retirement LLC as a 3rd party administrator.

New full-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan after completing one year of eligibility service and 1,000 hours of service.

Employees must be at least 21 years of age.

Federal law limits the amount you may elect to defer under the Plan ($22,500 in 2023). However, if you are age 50 or over, you may defer an additional amount up to $7,500 (in 2023). These dollar limits are indexed; therefore, they may increase each year for cost-of-living adjustments.

You may elect to defer up to 100% of your Plan Compensation on a pre-tax basis. You may also elect to make Roth contributions to the Plan on an after-tax basis. You may elect to change your elections to contribute to the Plan monthly as of the first day of any calendar month.

SCA matches 100% of the 1st 3% an employee contributes and 50% of the next 2%. Matching contributions will be allocated to the Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Accounts of Participants as soon as administratively feasible after the end of each pay period.

You will have a fully vested and nonforfeitable interest in your Elective Deferral Account, Rollover Contribution Account, Qualified Non-Elective Contribution Account and Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Account.

Employees will receive more detailed information on the plan approximately 30 days before their oneyear anniversary.
