THE SUCCESSFUL completion of Summer Internship Placements process for the batch of 2021-23, yet again, reinforces the impact of XLRI?s exceptional educational portfolio that inspires innovation and creativity in students Top companies like Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Amazon, The Boston Consulting Group, Bain and Company, Accenture Strategy participated in the placement process, indicating their continued trust in the dynamic businessleadersof XLRI
The highest stipend offered was Rs 3 4 lakh per month in the BFSI sector The median stipend for the entire batch rose to Rs 1.27Lakh per month,whilethe average stipend offered was Rs 128 Lakh per month, an increase of 16 percent and 5 percent over thepreviousyear
In sector-wise split, consulting, and advisory recruited highest number of students, around 25 percent of the batch, followed by IT and e-commerce firms that exited with 22 percent of the batch The FMCG sector offered roles to 17 percent of the batch, while BFSI recruited a select 10 percent of thebatch
The 2021-23 batch is XLRI's largest batch with 470 studentsof
