paying a pilot payment which winds up getting divided the same way as taxes ...school, town, county, village..in the same percentage as taxes. This is a huge investment in that community. “ Steingart added that the Eldred Preserve Project is “going to create jobs, which will create additional money being spent in the community. When that happens, there’s sales tax and room tax..and it has a snowball effect. Business owners are then able to spend more and the community will be in better shape.“
