Shepstone Management Company, Inc. was the consultant for Amytra’s ​application and benefit/cost analysis to the IDA​.​ Owner Tom Shepstone is known as the face and voice of the shale gas drilling industry in the Northeast and even has a radio show and ​blog devoted to the promotion of the natural gas industry and for attacking its opponents.​ ​ “​I have done benefit/cost analyses for the IDA for many years,” Shepstone said. “This was simply another one.
