COMPANY HISTORY Sugar & Bruno (S&B) began as a lifestyle clothing brand with its core in dance. When its doors opened in 2007, it was common knowledge that most “dancewear” companies weren’t producing what dancers really wanted to wear. S&B focused on combining unique wardrobe pieces to create a distinctive look dancers could get excited about. It’s that “distinctive look” S&B is known for today. With input from professional dancers of varying disciplines, S&B created clothing and accessories allowing people to combine those pieces in various way to express their own unique style. Suddenly, it was all the rage for dancers from all walks of life and disciplines to not only express themselves through the art of dance, but through their “look.” The concept took off, and S&B’s designs appeared everywhere, including hit television shows like Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance” and more. After enlisting some of SYTYCD’s top

dancers to help expand their design concepts, the line became an everyday staple among dancers. It didn’t stop there. The demand for S&B’s unique street wear line, custom designed for freedom of movement with fresh, hip style, grew in popularity among non-dancers as well. S&B found that kids wanted to dress like their favorite celebrities, and they could accomplish that by wearing S&B. Today, in addition to its staff of top-level clothing designers, Sugar & Bruno works with an elite team of celebrity dancers and choreographers to create a new line of clothing and accessories each season. They’ve found that as connoisseurs of the dance scene and pop culture, these dancers have their fingers on the pulse of what's next. S&B incorporates their insights on trends, as well as their passion and creativity to communicate something unique in every single piece.

“I love to look at fashion magazines and then try to think of ways to create these looks with clothing that allows you to move and look good.”

“I have always been into fashion and I spend most of my time in dance clothes so I knew designing a dance inspired fashion line would provide me yet another way to express myself creatively.”

Chelsie is a professional dancer best known for her performances on the reality TV shows “So You Think You Can Dance” season 4 and “Dancing With The Stars” seasons 8, 9 and 10. Chelsie’s line with Sugar & Bruno reflects the spunky, fun, cute personality Chelsie exudes on and off the dance floor.

KELTIE COLLEEN Sugar & Bruno Team since 2009 “It is a dream to design clothes. I love that I get to pick everything out, I decide the color, what item I want my design on, and then I sit with the artists to create the graphics. It’s awesome! Then when I go to a dance camp or master class and see scores of kids wearing my “Plie” shirts and stuff, my heart explodes!” Keltie is a former Radio City Rockette who performed both at Radio City Music Hall and all over the country with the iconic dance organization. She is known for her work as a dancer in the Disney feature film “Enchanted,” on “30 Rock,” “Saturday Night Live,” the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, “Fashion Rocks” with Fergie and much more.
