Message to the citizens of Carroll County from State Senator Mike Dugan For many of us, life has drastically changed since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Our regular routines of going to work Dugan or school, going out to eat with family, and physically attending worship services have been postponed for the immediate future. Perhaps most unsettling, however, is not knowing exactly when life will return to normal. While these may be uncertain times, we have significant hope for the days ahead.

Hospital now offers “televisits” to screen for COVID symptoms Data would aid in accurate case numbers for our region
