We recommend that you use a postal money order if you are going to order via the mail because they clear the bank in 24 – 48 hours and this speeds up the delivery of your order, and your order receives priority status. Payments by checks and all other money orders are held 5 weeks. We accept Money Orders, Checks,Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover Card. The minimum order for checks and money orders is $15.00. Minimum order for Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover is $15.00. We do not accept foreign checks only money orders in US funds. Paypal is available as an option for payment online.

We never sell our mailing list or exchange names Shipments are always mailed discreetly in plain envelopes and boxes. Your privacy is guaranteed. You will be notified of ship dates for back orders. Post Office/APO shipments are sent to you certified/insured signature pickup to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise. A nominal fee of $2.00 must be added to your order if it is shipped to a PO Box/APO address.
Our goal is to have a satisfied and informed customer. Because we discount many of our items, we cannot incur a lot of returns and restocking costs. Pennsylvania Law prohibits the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Be sure to always provide us with your correct measurements so we can size you properly. For your chest measurement, measure around your chest at nipple level and for your waist measurement, measure around your waist at your belly button.
The Following Items Are Not Returnable • All lingerie; including panties, bras, slips, waist cinchers, garter belts, gaffs, stockings/pantyhose, and girdles. • Wigs and cosmetics for sanitary reasons. Wigs should not be brushed, shaken, combed or tried on if being returned. • Any custom made item – corsets, maid uniforms, shoes, etc. • Breastforms (for size/shape exchange only) must include a $15.00 processing fee. • Shoes, Gloves, Books, Magazines,Videos. CUSTOM SHOES ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON, EVEN FOR SIZE, SO PLEASE KNOW YOUR SIZE OR ORDER OUR SHOE SIZING CHART ($4.00) IF YOU ARE UNSURE. • Any merchandise stained, worn, torn, stretched or abused in any way is not returnable. Returns • There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns. You must send this fee in along with the returned item. There is no fee for exchanging merchandise for different styles/sizes. $5 process fee • No cash refunds – only merchandise credit is given – which must be used within 90 days. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. $30.00 charge for returned checks. • RETURNS MUST BE SENT POSTAL CERTIFIED MAIL to the PO Box address above to ensure that they are not lost. You must return merchandise within 15 days of your receipt of your merchandise from us. We maintain tracking records for all packages and know when you received your delivery.
