You should measure WITHOUT any padding. All our clothing is made to fit a C/D cup bra/breastforms. If you are planning on using DD or larger, then you need to move your chest measurement up by 2″ on the sizing chart. Some styles have special sizing that does not conform to this chart. Those sizes are noted in the description of those styles. If your chest measurement is the same as your waist measurement (ex: chest 40, waist 40). If choosing top and bottom, choose 16 for your top to compensate a bit for the larger waist, and choose 20 for the bottom. For a dress, if you don’t mind a tighter fit at the waist, then you would select size 16. Or choose size 18 for a more relaxed fit at the waist that will then be larger at the bust.
