Briefly P2.6-B budget CAGAYAN de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno defended the proposed P2.6 billion 2014 budget as necessary for the city to move forward. Moreno personally submitted the 2014 proposed budget to the city council during the council’s regular session on Monday afternoon for its approval. He said that the budget, a P400-million increase from 2013’s approved P 2.2 billion budget was “ambitious and aggressive”, which manifests the city’s continued annual growth.
