Nutrition Month at Barangay Iponan

nce again, I am very honored to be invited by Kag. Gaga Brellita as one of the judges at Barangay Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City this time for the celebration of Nutrition Month 2016 particularly for the Vegetable Cooking Contest. Elementary and High School students all over the Philippines are celebrating National Nutrition Month with a theme
of “First 1,000 Days ni Baby Pahalagahan para sa Malusog na Kinabukasan.” This kind of celebration brings awareness to children and their families which is actually for their own benefit. It’s always important to know how to take care of one’s nutrition needs to stay healthy all the time. Barangay Iponan is known to have fun activities not only during
their Fiesta but also in other months of the year. They have their Miss Iponan Beauty Contest, Suman Festival, Humba Festival and many more. Thank you so much my dear Iponanons for always making me a part of your activities.
