1. All co-op activity must be approved by South Central Marketing before activating. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed if approval is not given.
2. For assistance with asset customization and approval, please submit a Marketing Request on the Dealer Tools Website.
a. For asset customization, please provide dealer logo, showroom information, or any other customization details needed in your request
3. Co-Op Reimbursement may also be submitted through the Marketing Request form. Your Territory Sales Manager will be copied in before approval.
4. South Central Marketing will follow-up via email to execute the project or confirm completion of the request and CC your Territory Sales Manager on the communication.

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Style Guide
The guidelines listed here serve as a quick reference and is not an exhaustive list of advertising and marketing standards. Please submit a Marketing Request for approval on all ads, social posts, and marketing activities to ensure brand standards are followed and messaging is approved for co-op reimbursement.
Fonts
You may use your brand’s fonts in advertising. When referencing our products, please use the following when possible:
• Chronicle Display (Roman, italic)
• Museo Sans (100, 300, 500)
Logo
The Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove tri-brand logo should remain as one badge whenever possible and should not be modified in any way.
Ensure copyright symbol is present next to each brand.
Messaging
Any advertising that includes messaging with the words deal, bargain, cheap, etc. will not be approved. Please maintain brand and luxury integrity in your copy.
Please use an Oxford comma when listing our brands or in any copy that mentions our brands. Brands should always be written as:

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove heavily invests in paid search efforts on behalf of distributors and dealers, providing national coverage with its corporate campaigns when users search for relevant terms. If dealers are interested in layering on support for their individual needs, only non-brand keywords may be eligible for reimbursement. Examples of non-branded key words may include:
