The world is indeed going through a shared trauma. Over the last few months, more hearts have reached out, more hands have stretched out, more purse strings have been loosened than ever before. At FLO Hyderabad too, this year will be dedicated to a ‘restart.’ Our collective learning, collective thinking and collective doing will be focused largely on lending support to those in need, living sustainably, being inclusive, upscaling our potential to learn and do, and more than anything else, looking ahead with optimism and preparation. Our blueprint for the year encompasses efforts to build stories of resilience and sustenance across all levels of women. So yes, we may have to find our way in these times of altered realities, but let us give completely of ourselves to doing whatever it takes and make this a year of reckoning! Let us Live Empowered!!

It is truly an honour and privilege to be at the forefront of such a young and dynamic organisation. Leading involves guiding, supporting and learning from experience. I am overwhelmed by the opportunity provided to acquire and share such skills during this period. Recent events have redefined the platform for communication and interaction, laid more emphasis on self-reflection and personal growth. An organisation like FLO shines as a beacon at these times giving hope and providing learning opportunities for budding entrepreneurs and homemakers! Women are marvellous beings that see opportunity in every experience, I am fortunate to spearhead an organisation that has the ability to influence change. With such power, comes immense responsibility. I hope to foster more collaboration, integration, bring like-minded women together to put up a united front against this worldwide pandemic.
