The "clean girl aesthetic" has swept across social media platforms, from TikTok to Instagram, celebrating the beauty of simplicity This refreshing trend offers a polished yet understated look that many are eager to embrace Here's how to achieve this style without breaking the bank
Accessible Beauty
While many influencers showcase highend brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Fenty, and Dior, achieving this look doesn't require luxury products. Affordable brands like e.l.f. can deliver equally impressive results, making this aesthetic accessible to all.
Effortless Hair

The Perfect Canvas
Wardrobe Essentials
The effortless look couldn't be simpler slick back your hair, secure with a claw clip, or create an uncomplicated updo One of the style's most appealing aspects is that it works beautifully with second-day hair, making it practical for busy schedules.
Begin with skincare a quality cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen tailored to your skin type to create the perfect base The essence of this look is a dewy complexion, so start with primer to smooth and extend wear Opt for lighter coverage with a BB cream or skin tint rather than full-coverage foundation For that essential dewy finish, choose cream or liquid formulas for your blush, highlighter, and contour powder products can diminish the natural, luminous effect Keep eye makeup minimal with a sweep of bronzer on the lids and a simple brow gel Complete your look with a lip stain, gloss, or oil for that perfect understated lip
The clean girl wardrobe revolves around neutrals and pastels, avoiding bold patterns in favor of solid colors Athleisure pieces and classic, intact denim create the perfect foundation, while Uggs or simple sneakers provide the finishing touch
Authenticity Above All
Remember, your inherent beauty transcends any trend. Whether you embrace the clean girl aesthetic, prefer full glamour, or choose to go makeupfree, your authenticity matters most Trends come and go, but confidence in your personal style is timeless

THECLEANGIRLMINDSET
The "clean girl" aesthetic has evolved beyond social media into a comprehensive philosophy focused on intentional living This mindset combines confidence, minimalism, and dedicated self-improvement creating a foundation for authentic personal growth

The clean girl mindset begins with mental clarity Rather than chasing external validation, practitioners focus on daily affirmations that reinforce personal worth and setting boundaries that protect energy and time
"Confidence comes from knowing who you are and what you value," explains wellness coach Sarah Chen "When you remove the clutter of comparison, your authentic confidence naturally emerges "
The Minimalist Approach
Minimalism in personal development isn't about deprivation it's about intentionality The approach emphasizes quality over quantity in relationships and possessions, while creating physical and digital spaces free from distraction
Goal-Setting with Purpose
The clean girl mindset transforms goal-setting through breaking larger ambitions into measurable steps and prioritizing progress over perfection
By integrating confidence, minimalism, and purposeful self-improvement, this mindset offers a refreshing alternative to overwhelming self-help strategies It's not about transformation overnight, but rather consistent, intentional steps toward becoming your most authentic self

Secondhand Riseof the
M A R K E T
Article & Layout by Merran Decker
Secondhand fashion- clothing that’s been previously owned and loved, is making a major comeback in today’s fashion scene. From curated vintage shops like Depop and ThredUp, style savvy shoppers are rediscovering the charm of secondhand treasures. The joy of finding unique, storied pieces in secondhand staples is a feeling unlike any other.

SWhat initially began as a niche thrifting market has grown into a global trend, fueled by a desire for individuality and a shift towards sustainable living By extending the life of one-of-a-kind garments, secondhand shoppers reduce textile waste, lower carbon emissions, and support a circular fashion economy. As trends continue to evolve in the twenty-first century, secondhand fashion is proving that effortless style can be personal, affordable, and environmentally consciousall at once.

INFLUENCES OF THE BOHO STYLE

From the stage of Woodstock (1998) to the stages that she continues to grace today, Stevie Nicks, the “Gold Dust Woman,” has kept her hold and influence on fashion. Stevie Nicks, an American singer, songwriter, and producer, is best known for her role in the hit rock band Fleetwood Mac, reaching peak popularity in the 1970s. She has since continued her solo career and still tours to this day.
The free-spirited Nicks is not only known for her powerful vocals but also her eclectic and bohemian style. For decades she has made the stage her own, always dancing freely, both her and her layers swaying to the rhythm of the music
Her staple pieces consist of maxi skirts, shawls, flowing sleeves, and of course, every piece of jewelry that she owns to tie it all together and complete the look. To Nicks, the looser and flowier the garment, the more ideal

Though this aesthetic has almost disappeared over the past decades, it began to resurface with the helping hand of several influential fashion icons. Two of these stars are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. The twins are known for their grungier, boho chic looks that combine longer, billowing pieces with many layers of lace, knit garments, and jewelry The messier this appears, the more on-brand they are in following Nick’s steps to land them the perfect balance of comfort and style.

Music festivals like today’s Coachella allow us to experiment with our own takes on Stevie Nicks and the Olsen twins’ bohemian fashion. We can take part in something almost comparable to Woodstock (1969) itself, calling on old traditions and celebrating the art of self-expression through fashion.
The bohemian aesthetic is all about the concept of freedom the freedom of artistic expression and embracing unconventional looks The key to these looks is creativity The bohemian style combines many different aspects of fashion.
It calls on rich earth tones, the creativity of layering, experimenting with different fabrics, and not being scared to try sheer layers or embracing your artistic spins on the typical looks. This season, boho style will only continue to grow as it is the perfect Spring/Summer blueprint allowing for creative layering and comfort prioritized with a chic spin.

The Wardrobe Acheiving
Achieving the “bohemian girl” aesthetic starts with staying true to yourself and focusing on the simplicity within your style and everyday life, with a more sustainable focus on your wardrobe. This can create not only a better impact in your closet, but on the planet as well. Start by investing in timeless jewelry pieces that never go out of style. Think gold hoops, dainty chains, and classic signet rings and opt for recycled or secondhand clothing that not only reduces waste but also adds unique, story-rich pieces to your wardrobe.

Plant-based

Beauty Recipes
Using plant-based products is not normally easy; starting small with simple recipes can impact your skin and body for a healthier outcome. For glowy skin, using honey, turmeric, and yogurt in a face mask can brighten the skin while offering antiinflammatory benefits. For body care, use a sugar scrub containing coconut oil, raw sugar, and essential oils like lavender or rose, which nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and glowy. For hair care, opt for an all-natural coconut or argan oil treatment to hydrate and define waves and curls, keeping your hair in its natural form. Finally, embrace earthy scents with plant-based perfumes or essential oils like sandalwood, to complement the boho inspired aesthetic. These are routines that not only enhance natural beauty, but also promote self-care and harmony with nature.
Achieving the

Bohemian Glow
Achieving a bohemian aesthetic starts by embracing a fresh, and effortless glow that highlights natural beauty. Hydrate your skin with a a gentle cleanser, serum, and lightweight moisturizer. Using too many skincare products before putting on makeup can cause your foundation to sit unevenly on your skin. To achieve a dewy glow, use a tinted moisturizer or bb cream and apply concealer around the t-zones and under eyes. Applying cream products, such as a cream blush and bronzer, will make your makeup look like a second layer of skin and add a bright and natural look to your face. Add a subtle highlight on your upper cheekbones to create a natural looking shine and use a clear brow gel to portray a natural looking brow. Apply a lengthening mascara, such as the L’Oreal Telescopic, which defines the eyes by maintaining a soft, and natural finish. Finishing off with a lip liner and gloss combo is the perfect way to end, leaving you looking effortlessly beautiful.
