It will go out of fashion. 3 Buying everything from one store. 4 Curating their space too quickly. Work on one area at a time, focus on a zone and get that right before moving to the next. Three must haves to make your room pop 1 Use something from nature like coral, crystals, rocks, shells or flowers. 2 Adding something shiny or reflective like metal, mirror, crystal and glass – it adds contrast to the room. 3 Stick to a colour theme. Always work in three shades or tones with neutrals. Eg. If working with pink choose three different shades of pink like maroon, blush and pale pink. How do you style your space on a budget? Spend your money on items you use every day like plates, cutlery, glassware and good quality bedding. Save on on-trend items like cushions & throws.
