DESCRIPTION
Authentic immersive culture is the tagline for the Accolade at Auburn Student housing project just across from the campus with an amazing view of the stadium. The project is geared towards Vet students, Graduate students, Upperclassmen, and young professors. Warm woods, textures, blues and oranges, greenery, create a neutral base with pops of color. Estimated 423 units with 734 beds in two five-story buildings with an estimated 9,054 square foot of various large amenity spaces plus smaller study and mixed-use rooms and one exterior courtyard.

DESCRIPTION
Acoya is a dynamic community, rich with amenities, stylish urban design, and concierge services in the heart of Cherry Creek, Denver’s most vibrant neighborhood. Modeled after luxury resorts, the community provides fine dining, a lush living room, theater, fitness room, as well as a games room and salon. The second floor has an exterior amenity deck with lounge seating and games, and the seventh floor has a lounge and deck to take in breathtaking views of the city and the mountains.

DESCRIPTION
Elan Denton is the first of a four-phase community. This property was built to bring modern living a little outside of the city. With its thoughtful location, and effortless design, the amenities feel like home away from home. Personal touches from the artwork crafted from the trees on the property, to the warm rich color tone, make this one easy on the eyes. 300 apartments and townhomes in 10 three-story, woodframe buildings with one freestanding, 8,000 square feet clubhouse.
