LOCATION
The proposed area for the climate controled outdoor lounge is located on the first floor adjacent to the newly proposed royal suites.
The area will need a complete renovation and upgrade. Starting with the floor leveling and finishes treatment, MEP overhaul, and providing access tothe toilets.

Mood Images
Pergolas, soft-scapng proposed to provide an “Alfresco” style of setting while having AC outlets distributed around the space. Main lighting source will be from Firefly lights and soft mood lights while the back of the bar wall would act as an attractive feature wall.
