Multi Color Impression

THE WAY IT WORKS TAILORMADE Individual colour and design requirements are a Multi Color Impression specialty.

The text and logo fields can be arranged as required. The resulting fields in the ink cartridge are then inked automatically with the selected colours.

ONE COMPUTER - MANY POSSIBILITIES: The new Trotec Multi Color Jet is operated using the same PC as you already use to control your Trotec laser.

TRIED AND TESTED TECHNOLOGY: The Trotec Laser Speedy 100, Speedy 300, Speedy 400 or Rayjet series form the technological basis for the production of Trodat Multi Color stamps. Special, un-inked ink cartridges matching precisely the impression design – are cut by laser to match each of the individual colour fields.

PRECISION The laser cuts the ink cartridge with precision and seals the colour fields at the same time. This prevents the contamination of each of the individual colour fields.

QUALITY The Multi Color Jet inks each of the individual colour fields with the optimum amount of ink. The result is a set of clean impressions to the usual Trodat level of quality.

NOW NEW AND SIMPLIFIED: The Multi Color ink cartridge is now inked using the new Trotec Multi Color Jet. Revolutionary: You no longer need to re-tool! All 15 colours are already installed in the Multi Color Jet. So, while your laser is in the process of engraving the textplates, the Multi Color Jet is already busy inking the ink cartridges. This allows you to produce more of the unique Multi Color stamps quicker and in a more cost effective manner.

The Trodat Flash machine B1511 is used for exposing Ultimark text plates. It allows for safe and easy operation and ensures optimum results during stamp production. The exposure area measures 150 x 110 mm and thus lets you produce a variety of small stamps at the same time or a single Ultimark Flash stamp in the largest size.

The text plate for this pre-inked stamp is produced by laser.

It is then filled with ink, so that no separate ink pad is required.
