Celebrating 8 Years in 2025!
Garfield Park Art and Music Festival began its mission in 2017 to showcase and celebrate local talent in the Indianapolis art and music scene by highlighting and uplifting artists and musicians who are often underrepresented.
Thank you for your consideration in sponsoring the 2025 Garfield Park Arts and Music Festival (GPAMF), a free annual outdoor festival in Garfield Park that brings local handcrafted art, diverse talented musicians, family-friendly activities and culture to a beloved public space.
This annual event will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The festival is growing every year with over 3,000 people in attendance in recent years.
The funds invested through sponsorships help offset associated festival costs including:
- Increased marketing efforts to grow the notoriety of the event and to help increase attendance.
- Efforts to pay increased living wages to musicians and artists – and potentially to help increase the total number of performers we feature.
- Increased infrastructure to help safely grow the size of the event.
This event is produced by Indy Parks, the Garfield Park Arts Center, and local non-profit community organization Friends of Garfield Park, along with neighborhood volunteers. Indy Parks staff and the volunteer-run GPAMF board devotes months of preparation time to produce a free, fun, family-friendly event that reaches multiple, diverse communities in the city of Indianapolis. We envision a relationship with our sponsors that brings the community together, and promotes the art, music, and culture of Indianapolis.
This festival has carved out an unique niche in Indianapolis in that it exclusively promotes local-grown talent who produce original music and art. The revenue created from this event goes back into the local economy, directly to local musicians and artists.
