스튜디오 패리스 건축가는 금융 그룹 뷔세 앤 파트너스의 의뢰를 받아 BP 건물 1층 본 사를 설계하였다. 1963년에 완공된 BP 건물은 벨기에 건축가 레온 스티넨(18991990)이 설계한 엔지니어링 걸작이다. 바닥과 파사드는 건물 상단에 있는 9개의 크 로스바에 매달려 있는 강철 케이블로 지지되며 콘크리트 바닥에 놓인 2개의 빔으로 지지된다. 이 프로젝트는 역사 지구 바로 외곽의 앤트워프, 벨지움에 있다. 커미션은 1층 사무실 철거와 재택근무 분위기의 작업공간 설계로 구성됐다. 새 사 무실의 기본 개념은 스티넨 건물의 투명한 아키텍처와 상호 작용하는 것이었다. 새 로운 평면도는 작업 공간과 휴식 공간으로 열려 외부와의 강력한 상호 작용을 만들 어 유리 외관을 최대한 활용한다. 이 프로젝트의 구체화는 철과 콘크리트의 기존 차가운' 건축과 내부의 따뜻한 목재 및 석재 요소의 세부 사항의 정확한 사용 사이 의 대조를 만든다. 개방된(조경) 공간과 순환 공간의 바닥은 바둑판식으로 배치된 정사각형 마루로 구 성되어 방향을 만들지 않고 양방향으로 계획적으로 건물의 모듈성을 따랐다. 밀폐된 공간의 바닥은 환경의 기능에 따라 달라진다. 주방에는 바둑판 무늬로 장식된 타일, 욕실에는 지하철 타일, 회의실에는 바둑판 무늬로 디자인된 카페트이다 검은색 옻칠한 알루미늄 가천장은 열린 공간에서 공간의 가장 긴 부분을 따르고 닫 힌 공간에서 창의 변조를 수직으로 따른다. 조명은 천장 방향을 따른다. 한 공간과 다른 공간 사이의 전환은 검은색 광택 나무 프레임으로 표시된다. 퍼티로 처리된 분리벽은 건물의 중앙 코어 콘크리트의 개념을 취한다. 스티넨식물 을 기반으로 변조된 나무 선반은 작업 공간과 휴식 공간에서 분리의 기능적 요소 로 작용한다. 리셉션은 외부로 완전히 개방된 열린 공간에 위치하며, 여기에 건축가는 대리석과 목 재 바를 도입하여 휴식 공간을 만들고 안심하고 식사와 회의를 할 수 있는 카운터를 만들었다. 더 많은 회의실은 공장의 2개 헤드에 있다. 한편으로는 휴식 공간이 있는 중역 회의실과 내 집 같은 분위기로 고객과 식사할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 수 있다. 반대편에는 방음 처리된 3개의 작은 대화방이 있는 다른 회의실이 있다.

Studio Farris Architects was commissioned by financial group Buysse & Partners to design its headquarters on the first floor of the BP building. Completed in 1963, the BP building is an engineering masterpiece designed by the Belgian architect Leon Stynen (1899-1990); Both floor and façade are supported by steel cables hanging from 9 crossbars at the top of the building, those supported by 2 beams resting on the concrete floor. The project is located in Antwerp BE, just outside the historic center.

The commission consists of the demolition of the office on the first floor and the design of a workspace with a home working atmosphere. The basic concept of the new office was to interact with the transparent architecture of the Stynen building. The new floor plan opens into the work and relaxation spaces, creating a strong interaction with the outside, making the most of the glass facade. The materialization of this project creates a contrast between the existing 'cold' architecture in iron and concrete and an accurate use of the details of the warm wood and stone elements of the interiors. The flooring of the open (landscape) and circulation spaces consists of a square parquet positioned in a checkerboard pattern so as not to create a direction to follow but rather to follow the modularity of the building in plan in both directions. Flooring of the enclosed spaces varies according to the function of the environment: in the kitchen a tile decorated in a checkerboard pattern, in the bathroom subway tiles, in the meeting rooms a carpet designed in a checkerboard pattern.

A black lacquered aluminum false ceiling follows the longest part of the space in the open areas and perpendicularly the modulation of the windows in closed spaces. Lights follow the direction of the ceiling. A transition between one space and another is marked by a black polished wooden frame.

Separation walls, treated in putty, take up the idea of the concrete of the central core of the building.

Wooden shelving, modulated on the basis of the Stynen plant, act as functional elements of separation in the work and relaxation spaces.

The reception is located in an open space that opens completely to the outside, here the architect has created a relaxation area with the introduction of a marble and wood bar and a counter where you can eat and have meetings in confidence. More meeting rooms are located at the 2 heads of the plant. On the one hand, the executive meeting room with a relaxation area and the possibility of creating an environment in which to dine with clients with a homely atmosphere. On the opposite side, the other meeting rooms with 3 small soundproofed chat rooms.
