Projects
RISC-V Contour Tracing Algorithm Fall Semester 2025
Tasked with designing an optimized contour-tracing algorithm in RISC-V assembly to identify shape boundaries in a 50×50-pixel grid.
• Implemented low-level RISC-V code to load, scan, and classify 2,500 pixels stored in memory and detect contour transitions
• Optimized dynamic instruction counts to less than 3500 on average by reusing registers, minimizing memory accesses, and restructuring loops.
• Returned contour pixel count and bounding-box coordinates with 100% accuracy, meeting all algorithmic constraints.
Web Development Lab Fall Semester 2024 Teams of two tasked with building a website in JavaScript and Python that utilized data from APIs to generate original content using an LLM.
• Developed code to use daily space imagery from NASA APIs and generate original poems using Gemini based on image metadata and descriptions.
• Designed and implemented code for the home page which included descriptions of both team members, website outlines, and external links to our relative social media pages.
