Furthermore,theCommissioncallsfortherecognitionandintegrationofIndigenouslaws andlegaltraditionsinprocessesinvolvingTreatiesandlandclaims,highlightingtheimportance ofanation-to-nationrelationshipandmutualrespectbetweenIndigenouspeoplesandtheCrown,

aswellastheestablishmentofIndigenouslawinstitutestoenhanceunderstandingandaccessto justiceinaccordancewithIndigenouscultures.2
