I am the instructor of this course, with the title of Professor, having taught at the school for 9 years, and this course at least four times previous to the section listed above. At WIU, I teach graduate courses in Management, Marketing, Research, Communications and Leadership, due to my 36 years of industry experience and business leadership in these areas. In addition, I teach graduate Business courses at the University of Advancing Technology, Tempe, AZ, and tutor high school and college students in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Writing and English. I am a certified substitute teacher in Arizona. My credentials include a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Master’s of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Delaware. I am a graduate of the American Management Association Management, the Columbia University Marketing Management, and Deming Quality courses.
