SL Network: Leaders Then & Now

Leaders Then & Now

Often the first in their families to attend college, our alumni go on to become leaders on college campuses, in the workplace, and in their local communities. In our 25 years working towards equity in education, we remain in awe of the extraordinary leaders that our alumni become, the ways they are changing the face of leadership, and the impact they are making in the world.

Our alumni’s stories, insights, and memories of their time in our programs are as diverse as they are, yet, each story contains a common thread: their success ripples throughout their families, their communities, and even the country. Their stories demonstrate the impact of our work and the hope we share for a more equitable and just future. In the following pages, we invite you to get to know 25 of our alumni–and see how their impact ripples through generations.
