DESIGNER PROFILE

First, I would like to do a greeting to everyone who are reading and viewing this presentation file. My name is Sophearatanak Phea. I am an international student from Cambodia, who is majoring in Bachelor of Design (Honor) and doing Interior Architecture. I am currently in the first semester of my third year, and I will be graduating next year, which is after my fourth year. Everything has not been easy so far and it has been very long studies and journey for me. Since English language is my second language, I must put in extra efforts into my learnings and studies. By doing this, it helps me to have a better understanding with my completing my studies and assignments. Doing double degrees major is not an easy job, especially when English is not your first language.

Interior Design and Architecture are one of the most difficult courses to learn, which means I have studies extra hard in comparison to some other courses and putting in a lot of extra times to complete the projects. Lastly, I would like to wish everyone all the best and good luck to all the students out there who are trying and doing their best to complete their degrees. You are doing a very great job and you make everyone proud. Continue what you are doing and have a wonderful journey.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food and Beverage industry has always been one of the most important industries that are being monitored and investigates skilfully by the professionals and researchers. In every existing restaurant, many employees are being hired as waiters, waitress, chefs, and many other positions to provides a unique, best and beyond experience to the customers and clients who are coming into the restaurants and experience the uniqueness of the services that are being provided. After the hit of Corona Virus all around the world, they have seen that there are huge changes to the Food and Beverage industry such as ‘’How the food is being ordered?”, “How the services are being provided?”, ‘’How the food is being served?’’, ‘’How the staff and customers are communicating?’’, and more.

TREND THESIS

Since the start of the occurance of Covid-19, Safety and Health have always been the first two priorities and important things to everyone across the world. During the lockdown period, almost everyone couldn't be able to go outside of their home. Only a limited number of people in the same house are able to access to different places around their home in a limited distance for groceries, hospital, pharmacies, and other main important hospitalities.

Ordering food and groceries from delivering app is one of the best way to be able to purchase the food and ingredients that they needed without having to be outside of their home. This is one of the best way to stay healthy and safely during the Covid-19 period. Due to the lifestyle during the lockdown, the food and beverage industry has been forced to change the way it work and adjust it with the lifestyle of the customers.

Our company is providing services that will help your business to growth bigger and larger. By using the most advanced technologies and AI, the design process with be going smoothly with a low cost, less time consuming, and a better and accurate outcome. Along the design process, we will be working with you closely by sharing unique ideas and opinions to one another to achieve the best and unique result that other companies could do but steps behind.
