PAYMENT All UK schools have an account with us! An invoice will be sent with goods for payment within 30 days. For private orders we accept cheques, postal orders and all major credit/debit cards.

CARRIAGE Carriage is free on orders over £150 ex VAT. Carriage will be charged to a maximum of £6.95 on orders of less than £150 ex VAT. Overseas, offshore UK, Highlands and BFPO deliveries carry a carriage surcharge. We will confirm costs before despatch.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted with all products purchased from Oxford Educational Supplies and we make our guarantee and returns policy as simple as possible. All products purchased from us carry our 3 year exchange for new guarantee. Our guarantee is ‘no quibble’. If we cannot repair a product to your satisfaction within 48 hours of receipt we will replace it with a brand new equivalent. We want you to enjoy exactly the right product for your application.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us in as-new, resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full credit or refund.

We will also refund your carriage costs if the return is the result of our error. We would recommend that you use Recorded Delivery for all returns for your own protection. Please ensure that you enclose a brief letter stating your name and address and the reason for return.

Teachers appreciate the benefits of standardising classroom calculators and this is a very simple scheme to help you. We keep the rules as straightforward as possible! Please telephone your order to us stating that you would like ‘Sale or Return’. Make a sensible estimate of your requirements and the goods will be despatched to arrive with you the following day.

We do not require a school purchase order at this stage. A provisional invoice and delivery note will arrive with the goods that you hold until the process has been completed. Do not submit this invoice for payment, it is just for information at this stage. The goods can stay with you for up to 30 days without obligation to purchase anything at all!

Obviously, we hope you will purchase, and at the end of 30 days you may have sold everything. In this case simply submit the invoice for payment within the next 30 days. Therefore, the complete process can take 60 days, plenty of time and no pressure!

If you do have stock left over we can arrange collection by UPS at £6.95 + VAT per box or you may return small quantities by post. Please use Recorded Delivery, for your own protection. If initial estimates are sensible we rarely find a need for returns and additional stock can be with you very promptly so there is no need to over order.
