DG Architects | San Francisco, USA | Project Architect

Lead architectural coordination and design development for commercial and institutional projects. Responsible for managing consultant coordination, client meetings, building permit applications, and construction documentation. Oversaw BIM workflows using Revit and managed drawing packages through various project phases.

Stuart Vaz Design | Toronto, Canada | Freelancer

Drafted permits for Residential and Small Commercial Projects. Conducted site visits, 3D Scanned As-Built conditions, and produced drawing sets using a Revit BIM360 Model.

Forrec LTD | Toronto, Canada | Arch. Designer

Designs for mixed use + entertainment destinations, theme parks, water parks, visitor attractions, and resorts around the world as well as distinct urban spaces in Canada. Design process includes master planning, 3D modeling, 3D visualization and producing schematic design and design development packages.

M-System Architects | Da Nang, Vietnam | Project Lead

Worked on large scale educational and hospitality architecture in Vietnam including a Beach Resort, an eco school, and an offshore university. Oversaw design through to design development, construction drawings, and construction review. Responsibilities included reporting to the Principal Architect to review on a weekly basis. Upon review, design packages would be submitted to the Client.

Super Geometry Architects | Hong Kong | Arch. Assistant

Worked on competition and large-scale museum, institutional and residential design. Responsibilities included 3D modeling, design development, producing construction drawings, and preparing presentations. Participated in massing studies, producing daily drawings and diagrams. Work environment was in a studio setting with a small team.

- 75 000 SF of Leasable Area constructed in Level 3 & 4 for two multi-tenant plans.

Roles & Responsibilities: Project Architect

- Coordinated BIM Model with Design-Build Engineering Consultants

- Testfitted the suites and developed final layout with lead designer.

- Developed Permit Documentation: Resolved Exiting, Plumbing Calculations, CalGreen Checklists and General Code Compliance

- Full Construction Administration services

- Set Milestone Deadlines and Organized Internal team to deliver drawings and respond to Construction Administration Tasks on time

BUILDING F, BMO & FITNESS CENTER
